Client Services

What We Do

Exceed client expectations so that every client is a Raving Fan.

Meeting with Clients

Client Services meets with the client at some point during the sales cycle, preferably before the contract is signed. Client Services continues this individual, occasional correspondence throughout the project until the project is successfully completed.

Liaison and Mediator

Client Services acts as a liaison, mediator, and a neutral party who resolves issues for the client by working closely with 3SG personnel.

Satisfaction Survey

Upon completion of the project, the Client Services Director distributes a survey and feedback is requested from the client.

Always Improving

Results of the surveys are shared with department managers with the goal of constantly improving internal processes.

What are Raving Fans®?

The Raving Fans customer service philosophy is that a “satisfied” client is simply not enough. All clients should be Raving Fans. So we must:

  • Create a vision of perfect service focused on the client.
  • Determine exactly what the client wants and expects, then deliver more.
  • Deliver consistently on promises through systems, training, with ongoing improvement.
