Privacy & Security: 3SG Transportation Security
3SG uses two types of 3SG-owned vehicles. As needed, and per client request and approval, independent and commercial common carriers can be used when geographically required.
The 3SG vehicles contain fire extinguishers and the vehicles remain locked at all times, except during loading and unloading of client boxes.
Safe and Responsible Drivers
Drivers of company vehicles are full time employees of 3SG with all appropriate background checks, drug testing, signed non-disclosures and confidentiality agreements.
Handling Mechanical Problems
3SG has vehicle maintenance and emergency repair procedures in place to ensure that client materials are kept safe and secure.
Pack and Track
- 3SG will retrieve documents at the client site and pack into standard 1.2 cubic feet bankers’ boxes, if requested by the client.
- Extra large bankers’ boxes will be used if the document sizes warrant.
- Inventory barcode labels are placed on each box for tracking purposes.
- The boxes are transported for imaging and conversion.
