Privacy & Security: 3SG Personnel Security

Confidentiality Agreements

Staff must sign a Confidentiality and Conduct Agreement prior to the start of the client’s project. The 3SG’s Human Resources Department maintains all associate information for each person assigned to the client’s project including background check and drug screen results.

Key Card Access

All associates are required to use their security key card to access the building all times.

Alarm System

In addition, during non-business hours, the associates who are entering the building required to enter a 4-digit security code to disarm the security system. This security system is monitored by an external security company 24X365. Motion sensors are located throughout the building, to ensure the associates are entering authorized areas only.

Surveillance Cameras

All 3SG locations are equipped with surveillance cameras which are recorded on motion. In case of an emergency, the senior IT department managers can access these videos remotely using the secure VPN access.
