Documents, microfiche, and microfilm are securely stored while in use at 3SG. Our facilities are climate-controlled and our logistics team ensures that your boxes are kept safe, secure, and identifiable at any time throughout the production process.
3SG stores documents in a secure, internal storage room at the location where it is imaged. Keycard access is required to enter the production and storage area.
The shelves are raised steel and the room is climate controlled. The Inventory Manager monitors the multiple internal storage locations at 3SG on a daily basis.

Document Disposal
Due to information privacy laws like HIPAA, the volume of shredding at the typical business has increased dramatically. To reduce costs many companies outsource their shredding to shredding services. These companies either shred on-site, usually with mobile shredder trucks, or off-site. All shredded paper is then sent to a paper mill.
