
Ms. Dina Harder
Director of Administration
As
Director of Administration, Ms. Dina Harder is responsible for all
administrative functions including contracts, insurance, corporate
certifications, state and federal schedules, and employee 401K
requirements. With Dina’s education and
experience as an accountant, her role was expanded to oversee the company’s
billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
Dina
joined Ranjan Manoranjan, CEO of 3SG when Mr. Manoranjan owned a local CPA firm
Manoranjan, Shaffer & Associates.
She joined 3SG in 2001 as an accountant when Mr. Manoranjan founded the
company. She quickly rose from
Accountant to Assistant Controller then assumed her current role as Director of
Administration in 2006. Dina received a
Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Franklin University, Columbus.
